Each cycle runs about 35 minutes, and if we’re treating multiple areas, we can often run them simultaneously.
After the session, the treated area is massaged briefly to help break up the frozen tissue. This part of the treatment can be a little intense for a moment, but it’s short-lived. Afterwards, you can go right back to your regular day.
Some temporary redness, sensitivity, and mild swelling in the treated area are normal and usually resolve within a few days to a couple of weeks.
