Botox is typically used to treat wrinkles around the eyes, forehead, and mouth, as well as to reduce the appearance of crow’s feet and frown lines.

Similar to Botox, Dysport is derived from the botulinum toxin and works by temporarily paralyzing the underlying muscles that cause wrinkles and lines. Dysport injections have a quicker onset than Botox, taking effect in as little as one to two days, and can last for three to four months.
