Healthy Aging is More Than What We Eat!

Healthy aging is more than high blood pressure and watching what you eat. Healthy aging is also taking a step back and looking at the state of your mental, emotional and let’s not forget about your overall skin health.

Skin is the largest organ of the human body, so why do we neglect it so much?! Most of us are more focused on what we put into our bodies (which is fantastic, we need to eat properly) but we also need to start taking a little more time to pamper not only the largest part of our body but the most exposed!

It may not be considered “pampering” but doing self-skin exams on a regular basis is a great way to make sure you are aging healthy. You know what they say, if you can spot it, you can stop it! Skin cancer is the most common of all cancers and the easiest to cure, so take the time to do those self-exams.
