With over two decades of experience, Dr. Levine combines surgical precision with an eye for natural-looking results. Board-certified in dermatology and fellowship-trained in cosmetic and facial surgery, he specializes in eyelid, brow, and facial rejuvenation procedures. Outside the clinic, he’s usually cycling Western North Carolina’s mountain roads or on the tennis court, bringing the same precision and care to every patient he treats.

Paige works alongside Dr. Levine on every surgical consult, helping assess your candidacy and guiding you through your treatment options. She has 10 years of experience working at ICU step-down and intensive care units at Bristol Regional Medical Center and years of experience in the cosmetic treatments world. Patient safety and wellbeing is her top priority.

A less invasive alternative to a traditional facelift that targets sagging in the lower face and jawline, smoothing jowls with a shorter recovery time.

Neck Lift + Neck Liposuction

Tightens loose neck skin and removes stubborn fat beneath the chin to sharpen the jawline and re-establish a defined neck-to-jaw angle.

Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

Removes excess skin and fat from the upper and/or lower eyelids to reduce hooding, puffiness, and under-eye bags — restoring a more alert, refreshed look to the eyes.

It’s not refundable, but it never expires and can be applied toward any cosmetic treatment we offer.

What if I decide surgery isn't for me after the consult?

That’s completely fine — apply your $150 toward injectables, laser treatments, skincare, or any other service instead.

How soon can I schedule my procedure after the consult?

This depends on a variety of factors, but we’ll discuss timelines with you in detail during the consultation.
