Dosage also depends on each patient’s muscle movements, features, and facial dimensions. During a free BOTOX® consultation, our DermaBlue providers will discuss your goals, assess your features, and help you determine the correct dosage.

Forehead lines, frown lines, and crow’s feet (glabellar lines) are the most commonly treated areas. The procedure takes about 10 minutes. Your DermaBlue provider will help determine the best treatment dose during a free Aesthetic Consultation. During the actual treatment, a series of relatively painless, micro injections are made to the target area. This will only take a couple of minutes. When you are done, the Botox will start to work in 3-4 days and be fully effective at two weeks.Â
If it is your first treatment, some muscles will take longer than others to achieve an optimal outcome, so be patient. Results last three to four months. It’s recommended that the next treatment should be administered when the muscles in the treated areas of the face begin to contract again.Â
The CoolSculpting Treatment Process: Step-by-Step
Consultation & Assessment
Your journey begins with a personalized consultation where a provider evaluates your target areas and creates a customized treatment plan. They’ll identify stubborn fat pockets and determine if CoolSculpting is right for you.
Preparation & Marking
During the treatment, the target areas are marked, and a gel pad is applied to protect the skin. The CoolSculpting applicator is then positioned on the area to deliver controlled cooling.
Fat Freezing (Cryolipolysis)
The device uses controlled cooling to freeze fat cells without damaging surrounding tissues. You may feel intense cold, tingling, or slight pressure during the first few minutes, which subsides as the area becomes numb. Each session typically lasts 35–60 minutes, depending on the treatment area.
Massage & Recovery
After treatment, the provider massages the treated area to break up the frozen fat cells and enhance results. There’s minimal downtime, and most patients return to normal activities immediately.
Results Over Time
Your body naturally eliminates the destroyed fat cells over 1–3 months, gradually revealing a more contoured shape. Multiple sessions may be recommended for optimal results.
The CoolTone Treatment Process: Step-by-Step
Consultation & Evaluation
Your provider will assess your target areas, such as the abdomen, buttocks, or thighs, and discuss your body goals. They’ll create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve a more toned and defined appearance.
Preparation for Treatment
During the session, you’ll relax while the CoolTone applicator is placed on the target area. No special preparation is required, and the treatment is non-invasive, so there’s no need for anesthesia.
Muscle Stimulation (HIFEM® Technology)
CoolTone uses high-intensity focused electromagnetic (HIFEM®) energy to stimulate powerful muscle contractions that go beyond what’s possible with traditional exercise. These involuntary contractions strengthen and tone the muscles while increasing muscle mass.
Sensation During Treatment
You’ll feel strong muscle contractions and a tingling sensation, but most patients find the treatment comfortable. The intensity can be adjusted to your comfort level. Each session typically lasts around 30 minutes.
Post-Treatment & Recovery
There’s no downtime after CoolTone, and you can return to your regular activities immediately. Some patients may experience mild muscle soreness similar to an intense workout, which resolves within a day or two.
Visible Results Over Time
Results become noticeable within a few weeks as your muscles strengthen and tone. For optimal results, a series of 4–6 sessions over 2–3 weeks is typically recommended, with maintenance treatments every 3–6 months.
